What to Expect

Golden hour over Biscayne Bay, an evening on the water, and plenty of room for the kind of peer conversation that actually sticks. We will keep things relaxed and intentional, with a few discussion prompts woven in around how AI is reshaping the airline passenger experience to help the group go deeper when the moment is right. This is a space for leaders to step off the conference floor, connect with others working through the same questions, and leave with a few new relationships and ideas worth carrying into the rest of the week.
