At Sendbird, we believe that accessible technology creates better experiences for everyone. We are committed to building products that are inclusive and usable by all individuals, including those who rely on assistive technologies.
This statement covers Delight AI Agent SDK on the following platforms: iOS native, Android native, React web, and React Native. The accessibility assessment was conducted in July 2026.
Conformance status
Delight AI Agent SDK is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant indicates that some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard.
All Level A criteria are fully supported. Most Level AA criteria are fully supported. However, six Level AA items are only partially supported. For details, refer to Known Limitations and Alternatives below.
The SDK is also designed to align with EN 301 549 v3.2.1, the EU harmonized accessibility standard.
Sendbird conducted the evaluation in July 2026, based on iOS SDK 1.3.0, Android SDK 1.3.0, React web SDK 1.24.0, and React Native SDK 1.15.0.
The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a standardized form that documents a product's conformance with accessibility standards. Sendbird uses the VPAT to produce an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) that describes the accessibility of the SDK's features. For criterion-level conformance details, refer to the Accessibility Conformance Report.
Known limitations and alternatives
The following WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria are partially supported. For each item, we describe what is limited, who may be affected, and the current status or planned remediation.

Sendbird tested the SDK with the following assistive technologies.
All tested combinations are fully compatible.
Customer integration responsibility
Delight AI Agent SDK is a component embedded in the customer's host application. Accessibility of the host application, including page structure, surrounding navigation, and content outside the SDK surface, is the customer's responsibility.

Statement status and methodology
This is version 1.1 of the accessibility statement, based on a self-assessment conducted in July 2026.
